My name is Heather Zobel and I am a paraeducator in the PreK program. During my four years at Johnson State College I worked as a PCA (personal care attendant) for children with autism and special needs. I received a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Studio Arts and became very interested in the history behind the art. I really enjoy a challenge and figuring out how to overcome obstacles. This is true in both art and teaching. My biggest reward in working with children with big obstacles is seeing them grow and improve. It is all the little differences that make a big difference, and that is what I enjoy seeing and doing!
