Employee Benefits
Eligible Chittenden South Supervisory Union employees are provided with a wide range of benefits. A number of the programs (such as Social Security, workers' compensation, and unemployment insurance) cover all employees in the manner prescribed by law. Some benefit programs require contributions from employees and others are fully paid by the school districts/supervisory union. In addition, some benefits may require minimum scheduled hours per week for eligibility; others are available to all employees regardless of hours worked or employee type.
